Parallax Noise is an Indianapolis based, indie/dream-pop duo consisting of Joel and Megin Worsham. Their sound is derived from a mix of the genres dream-pop, shoegaze, and alternative rock. Smooth synth grooves and ambient guitar tones highlight their sound, mixed with prominent drums and bass riffs.

The husband/wife duo currently perform as a 2-man (and woman!) project, but the sound is unmistakably¬†full. Megin lays down the grooves with a drum machine, bass synths, lush pads, cutting synth leads, and arpeggiators. Joel presents his clean, ethereal guitar sounds with finger picking and dense chordings. Catchy melodies are complimented by creative harmonies and the occasional cave-like ooh’s.

The band is currently playing around the Indianapolis area, but has roots up in the mitten of Michigan and will occasionally be taking their sound on the road. If you want to book us, please fill out the form on our contact page.
